1.This spade drill bit is designed for high precision drilling on thick metal sheets, stainless steel, and other materials. Approximately 1-5 times quicker than the ordinary drill bits, it is a true time-saver with its scientific cutting geometry, also could process multi-layer steel in one operation.

2.With oil and corrosion-resistant seals, the cooling system on the drill bit could prolong the working life of the bit in a long period. Recommend coolant pressure is 5kg for shallow hole drilling, and 10-20kg for deep hole drilling.

3.Different spade blades and insert holders(the drill bit body) are available to fit for your various processing conditions, suitable for CNC drilling, CNC 3D or compound drilling, CNC vertical milling, lathe machine, machine center, etc.

4.Please note that violent impact between the blade and the contact surface may lead to blade breakage, please press down slowly before drilling. Avoid sudden drilling stop or reverse rotation when processing, the blade will be easily damaged under these conditions.

5.Proper coolant and reasonable coolant pressure setting are highly recommended for better drilling performance and long service life of the bit.
